All orders are shipped US Mail (unless arranged otherwise) next business day M-F (excluding holidays). You will be able to add your shipping option (Priority or Express Mail) to your order during check out.
First Class/Parcel Post We do not ship First Class/Parcel Post.
Priority Mail (all 50 United States) Average delivery is 2 to 4 business days depending on your location (We are located Florida, USA). For the Complete Package #1 (3.1 US
pounds, over 3 but less than 4 lbs.), priority shipping varies from $6.45 to
$15.30.
Express Mail (all 50 United States) Guaranteed delivery within 2 business days.
Shipping varies depending on your location (We are located Florida,
USA). For the Complete Package #1 (3.1 US
pounds - over 3 but less than 4 lbs.), Express shipping varies from $19.45 to
$37.25.
Signature required upon delivery (waver upon customer
request, contact us). If you are not home a pick-up notice will be left.
Please let us know if you want to wave signature requirements in the
comment box in the shopping cart when ordering.
Canada: Shipments to Canada are shipped Air Mail and
are normally delivered in
7-10 business days. However, packages are sometimes held in Customs for routine inspection and could take up to 4 weeks.
For the Complete Package #1 (3.1 US pounds), Air Mail to Canada is $13.95. Import duties and taxes upon delivery may apply.
International Orders:
We ship to international destinations (outside the
United States
and
Canada
) through the United States Postal Service.
Email us a list of the items you would like to purchase
and your shipping address. We will reply within one business day
the total amount in US $ including shipping and insurance. If you
agree to the total, we will ship your package.
Packages for international destinations are shipped next business
day via United States Postal Service and are normally delivered within 10
business days. However,
packages may be delayed in Customs for random inspection.
This can delay the delivery up to 6 weeks .
Payment (International orders): Simply place
your order online for the items you want through our website shopping
cart using your credit card. Note: When you place your
international order over the internet, you will not have a shipping
charge shown on your order; you will only see the total cost of the
products on your completed orders page.
We will then add the quoted shipping and insurance
charge to your credit card. You
will see two (2) charges on your card, one for the cost of the
product and one for the shipping and insurance charges to
your international address.

All of the True Angle® tools and Exact Angle® squares are unbreakable and have a lifetime free replacement warrantee. Simply stated, if your True Angle® tool or Exact Angle® square fail to provide you with the accuracies that they were manufactured to, we will replace it for free when returned to us. Note: Some scratching of the plastic during use is normal and does not effect the accuracy of the tool.
We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction and will work with you to achieve that any way we can. If unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping) of any items you return within 30 days. Products must be in resale condition.
